What are the operating hours?
Our tentative operating hours are from 7.00 am to 6.30* pm, Monday to Friday all year round. We’re not open on weekends or public holidays
Can I enroll online?
We don’t offer online enrolment because we believe that it’s very important for families to see the centre, meet the staff and discuss your child’s needs with our Staff. The staff will help you with enrolment and provide you with all the required information which you will need to settle in your child.
Do the children receive meals?
Yes, we do provide nutritious onsite cooked meals. We promote healthy eating habits and the centre is nut-free. We make sure that we educate our children about healthy eating habits during meal times. Children sit together and enjoy their meals.
Are nappies provided for children who need them?
Yes, we provide nappies and wipes for all the children in our care. Parents are always welcome to provide nappies/ wipes if they want.
What government benefits are available to families?
Work and Income may be able to help with assistance towards childcare costs. Just speak to WINZ to find out if you are eligible for subsidies and to what amount.

How do I enroll at Dazzling Stars Childcare?
We’ll support you at every step of the when you decide to enrol your child at Dazzling Stars. Staff will invite you to take a tour of the centre so you can see where your child will be cared for and to ensure you are comfortable with your decision. You will then be provided with an enrolment pack that contains everything you need to know about the centre, your child’s routine and a quote for your weekly fees. We encourage you to ask as many questions as you like – we are committed to providing open, honest communication that supports your decision.
Will my children get free 20 hours?
“20 Hours ECE” is a government funding scheme which is only available for 3 and 4 years old children at one ECE centre. If all of your child’s hours of attendance at Dazzling Stars are covered by your “20 Hours ECE”, then their attendance will be at no cost.If some of your child’s hours of attendance at Dazzling Stars are not covered by your “20 Hours ECE”, then a fee will be charged for these hours. Please contact our centre for further information on how you can use your 20 Hours Early Childhood Education.
How many free ECE hours are you providing?
At Dazzling Stars, we provide 20 ECE free hours for 3years and above. Please contact our staff for more information.
